Terrible
To be honest, it’s not been the best shopping experience I’ve ever had. From the point of purchase, there was apparently a delay with customs. Not sure how you can sell stock if you don’t have it already ... and then the return/refund process is still ongoing.
I returned my purchase the morning after it was received. Australia Post and Express Post with tracking. It’s not your fault it took ages to arrive. I had been informed about your refund policy but just don’t understand why a refund can’t be processed once the goods have been received. No other business functions like this.
My return was received in Perth 7.32am on 12 February.
It’s now nighttime (11.00pm) on 20 February, and as yet I have had no refund. Nor notification that it’s been processed. So far it’s been 8 days that you’ve had the returned goods and my money.
So no, this is not an experience I would recommend to anyone.
Customer service has been good. Prompt answers to my emails but a bit formatted.
Looking forward to getting my money back.
