You received my return a week ago, I want to exchange for another size - still nothing. I know you only process on certain days, but when you ask for a 5 day turn around, it would be nice for the customer to get the same.

No returns on sale items
While it was displayed pre-purchase, it is disappointing that for a business that sells clothes all online (no way for you to try it on for size) you can't return an item that doesn't fit well. It would be great to get credit for a future purchase (if refund is not feasible) as am now stuck with items that i wouldn't be able to wear. Also there were different sizing guides (old/ new) which was so confusing. I'm a first-time buyer, and sadly won't be purchasing again.

Disappointed
I had such hi hopes for the three items that I’d bought but when they arrived I was very disappointed. The sizes where all wrong and the quality of the fabrics were very poor and nothing like what they looked like in the photos.

Bad Experience
I spent 400 plus dollars in customs fees and return shipping to keep 2 shirts. The overall fit of the merchandise was on the big side. I blame myself for possibly not reading the fine print but I will not order from this company again
