I completed my order and then added 2 more items -sent a message pointing this out and asking that all items be sent together. That didn’t happen amd I received 3 separate shipments which was totally unnecessary. Also asked about matching colour of 2 items and no response. Have since sent those items back.

My order has been on hold in Dayton Ohio for a week.

I loved the look of the clothing when I ordered however very disappointed in the material quality & sizing when the garments arrived. Expected much better quality for the price

If you buy something from EU for example you may get VAT and customs added and that was more expensive than one of the items I bought. Would never do it again, became EXTREMELY expensive!!

Out of the 5 items I ordered, I only kept 1. I wasn’t happy with the fit and the quality was just ok. I feel like the clothes are overpriced for the quality and I expected the clothes to be more comfortable, soft & flowy. Delivery was quick and customer service for returns went well. Just be aware that you only have 5 days after you receive your items to try them on, decide what you will keep or not keep, request a return through customer service and to get it back in the mail. 5 days for all of that. And I have no idea if 5 days means 5 business days. Just seems like a technicality to get you to keep the clothes. For the price of the clothing, you’d think they’d be more reasonable with returns (e.g. at least 10 business days).
