Shipping didnt take too long

I bought my child a mini towel for sports as a Christmas gift. If you order a gift, have it shipped to someone else’s house bc waffl brands the mailing package so everyone knows what it is. Because of this, they ruined a Christmas surprise. I just hope the product is as good as the branding tours it to be.

It shrinks, the color runs, and the cotton quality is poor.

Over a month later I still don’t have my product. They were refunding me some money and resending. Still haven’t got that order either.

My order has not shipped after three weeks of it being placed, and the tracking number provided. After multiple attempts to reach a Waffl. Representative, I have never received a single reply. Not even concerning why it has been three weeks that a tracking number has been provided yet but the item was never expedited from their facility.
