Robbery and lack of communication
On September 27,2023 I disbursed funds for the purchase of three towels. Despite responding to these customer service evaluation requests, I have heard nothing from anyone looking to rectify this situation. I have not even seen a notification of shipping. Now I take time out of my day to dispute this transaction. Could have been so easy. Perhaps Waffl might think about investing in an autoresponder at the very least, in order to be able to scale their business.
