I tried to order some pants twice. Both times you cancelled my order without stating any reasons! I haven’t even received the money from my first order back. The transaction happened over a week ago.

Received an email about a sale - bought some jeans and had the order cancelled without warning a day later. I had to ask customer service myself what happened. Was offered a measly 10% discount code, that didn't actually work on first try. Ordered another size - guess what? The same thing happened. Order cancelled without any reason or justification from customer service. At the time of writing this review, the jeans have now gone back up to full price with the out of stock versions still available to add to your basket and check out.
