when we write to have some support with a return, it takes a week to have an answer and obviously they did not really read what was our problem: got a general answer that is of no help

I bought my husband's shoes and chose the size as recommended by the Volcom website. Now the shoe is exactly half a size too big. Of course I would like to exchange the shoes or give them back. So return shipping >> disaster !!! I have to send the shoes back to France. Although there are Volcom stores here. 14 € shipping, what? Never again. And now I should dare to order a new pair. Who else will do that, please? So I am very dissatisfied with the Volcom Shop Service. And then comes the message how satisfied you are with our service. 😂👌
