Where is my box??? You send for a wrong address!!! Still waiting!!!

You're using a .uk web address and say you'll refund the postage for returns but I've been told I'll have to pay for the return postage to France. If you're not based in the UK you should not use a .uk web address, especially if you then refuse to pay the refund costs back to continental Europe.

There have been wrong delivery notifications, I have received the wrong products, it came with a document stating a less price than what I have paid for. Absolutely not a good experience
