My order is stuck in Belgium since the 4th of December Tried to contact Volcom via email 5 times and no one has bothered to come back to me to even help. Never using this company again. and I have bought plenty of their clothing in the past. Disgraceful!!!

I ordered a jacket. Its not fitting well & would like to send it back, but the shipping back link is not working. I wrote an email, but no answer. The customer service could be better! :/
