Das Produkt sind zwar gut. Aber der Service von vollkommen ist das allerletzte. Ich warte seit 4 Tagen auf ein Retourenlabel. Bekomme nur Werbung aber keine Antwort auf meine E-Mail

Hello! I could share my opinion, if I had received my package. It is probably not your fault but rather Swedish post that somehow got my package lost. However, if not, then I wonder if I can receive the things I purchased anyway, or got it reimbursed? It is a bummer - hard to say where the parcel is, but really hope to receive it. Cheers, Karolina
