Your product is very bad quality and your service client didn't offer me any compensation.

I bought a Volcom Scertch jaket and first day of use on the slope I had a peeling on my right arm. It looked used for 2-3 yers. I returned it to the shop. Very poor quality of your customer service.

Ich bin seit Ewigkeiten treuer Volcom Kunde, aber beide vergangenen Winterjacken haben Materielschwächen aufgezeigt. Beide Jacke erhielten ohne erklärbaren Grund Risse. Für mich absolut inakzeptabel!!! Über euren Support wurde ich nur auf die überschrittene Garantie hingewiesen und das ich mich an die Händler wenden soll. Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht, zumal ich grundsätzlich ein Riesen Fan der Designs bin und über die Jahre etliche Tshirts, Hosen, Jacken, Gürtel ä, Hemden vom Volcom erworben und getragen habe. Ich hätte zumindest einen Austausch erwartet. Zwei Jacken gleiches Fehlerbild! Naja ich für meinen Teil bin wirklich enttäuscht, auch wenn ich mich wiederhole. Gruß Benjamin.

I received the mail header in english and then the rest of the mail is in german and I don't understand german. Your website is only available in german when ordering from Switzerland. It should be a great idea to be able to change the language in english and french for swiss customer. Also I wasn't able to answer this form using my android phone I needed to use my laptop. Normally i am super happy with volcom products, but my recent purchase has an production error. This can happen, but volcom support doesnt answer my tickets anymore, no updates, nothing. Thats sad and we will consider stop buying from volcom
