I bought the wicked inspired bag. Not impressed with workmanship and even more unhappy with the customer service/explanation received regarding my concerns. I checked with my other friends regarding the "rawhide edged" issue I had and no one's bag had the same issue. The quality doesn't match the price.

Poor customer service for international returns.

Took forever to get my items only to find out they were damaged and can’t get any customer service! Stay away!

I tried to return the handbag but this company intentionally doesn’t inform its customers in the US that the cost to return is more than the handbag. Even if you are willing to pay, you only have 14 days to return. Oh and did I mention the US phone number doesn’t work? They won’t allow bad reviews on their website to warn others. Let’s see if this review makes it. Since we can’t see the bags in person before purchasing I took a chance. However, if I knew it can’t be returned (reasonably) I would never had purchased the bag.
