How was my experience with Cambridge? In a word terrible and disappointing. I spent $211.00 on a satchel and had it monogramed, but what I received was a small purse? A mistake like this should have NEVER been made since the item was being shipped out of your country. Where was the quality control to check the order BEFORE it was sealed and sent to me? Then I had to run all over the city trying to find a DHL facility to send it back, that took two days. The customer service people were polite and corrected the mistake quickly, but I am angry a company with Cambridge's reputation would do this to a customer. I had plans to buy at least two more additional satchels and a charm, but now I am considering to just be happy with what I have since I do not trust your company to send the right item. I love the product, but not your service. Please consider hiring quality control staff so this doesn't happen to some other unlucky customer. ~Pamela Larry

The leather is extremely stiff, which makes the bag unfunctional. Had to return, but the cost of shipping from US to UK costs 100 dollars. The bag itself only cost 230.

My packages were stolen, never received the two purses I ordered. A warrant has been for the individual who stole the bags.
