I live in the US, and returning the bag was a NIGHTMARE. The cheapest postage to send it back was $50! In order to get the return “approved” I had to wait for someone to respond. I had to reach out twice, because the first time I got no response, but they claimed that they did respond to the original. The quality of the bag was underwhelming. The leather edges aren’t finished, which made it feel cheap. Overall, I would not order from this company again.

Product great, shipping disappointing

I got the 13in pink initially and the color seemed very muted in person compared to the pictures and the bag a little small for my liking. I did love the magnetic buckles. The return process was very difficult. I had to figure out how to get the package back to the company with little to no assistance from the company. I have never shipped international before so the shipping was confusing and I ended up paying more in shipping than about half the cost of the bag. I did purchase the 15 in in the in between and liked the color this time (green) but the buckles not being magnetic is a real issue for me. I love the quality of these bags but the issues above have really deterred me from wanting to order from them again :/

Wonderful bags with good sale

Wonderful bags with good sale prices. My objection is that the returns policy is terrible. Had to pay $90 to return 2 bags. they also would not allow me to use my 10% discount on sale merchandise. I will not be purchasing again.
