The bag is beautiful and a good size. The edges are rough and unsealed (not what I expected). But, it works. During my purchase I was happy to get free shipping. However, before the item was actually delivered, I was required to pay an outrageous amount (25%). Otherwise, my purchase will be returned to seller. I sent an email to Cambridge Satchel because I was confused. No one replied. I contacted DHL and found out the delivery fee was legitimate. It would have been nice if the delivery charge was mentioned on the website warning buyers of the fee. Transparency please.

I purchased the "Little One." Your company does a nice job with marketing and photography, but I was disappointed in the overall quality of the purse. The leather is really hard and not very forgiving when you place items in the purse. The strap is not removable which is a bummer because you can't convert it into a clutch. Also, it doesn't have a leather fastener to keep the extra part of the strap in place. Basically I'm trying to like it, but I just don't love it.

I loved the look of this bag online. However, it was missing any pockets inside or out. So that was one strike. The second strike was the leather. It was hard and made the whole bag sound hollow. Not pleasing. Also, the stiffness made it tough to unlatch the bag without bending it or scratching the leather. It was cumbersome to try to do without leaving a mark. The third strike was the shipping. To return the bag, I had to pay shipping. The company does not cover return shipping, so I spent $28 getting it back to them when I wasn't satisfied. That alone has deterred me from trying a different style. The size and color were fine. Unfortunately, that's not enough.

The bag is beautiful with many wonderful colors options and sizes - overall great quality. However, the straps are way too long, as the as the strap sizes are meant for unisex audience. ( I am an average if not taller woman at 5’6” and I guarantee most of the purchasers of this particular model are women). Unfortunately, I will have to spend extra money to get the straps adjusted as it looks sloppy with no woggle (belt) to hold the extra material. Huge design flaw.
