I don't think I'd purchase anything online from Buff in the future. Because of the disappointing quality of these 2 products, I'll want to feel the fabric before buying items going forward.

No communication on my order which I have not received

I did not receive the Buff I paid $35 for

I never got my product they do not answer my emails and the phone makes you wait hours and takes you to full voice mail boxes. I spent 62.00 for nothing. I got no product and no service

Was excited but then never received it
