Buff charged me and never sent me a product, ignored my emails and reaching out through social media. I have never seen a company act like this.

Not good customer service, all I wanted was a camo neck gaiter....they wouldnt send me a replacement that was actually camouflage like the one I ordered.

Never received-trying to get customer service but no reply yet
