Awful awful awful. My buff arrived damaged, I submitted a ticket through the site to get it fixed, and now two weeks later you’ve never gotten back in touch. You people should be ashamed at how poorly you’ve handled this.

Frustrating and unhelpful experience with your customer service rep Natalia. My order was lost or misplaced and she told me to figure it out myself :( I don’t feel valued as a customer and wasn’t offered a replacement, refund, or any other resolution. This is my first time ordering from your site and I won’t be doing so again.
