Got the wrong order, someone else got my order. They figured it out after both parties contacted Buff. They sent shipping labels to both of us and we sent them. They gave us 20% off our next purchase - the same discount for filling out the review. . . hmmmm. I think I would have handled it different, but at least I got my stuff.

A product listed as in-stock was in fact not in stock and could not be delivered. Inventory mistakes happen, but would have liked to get the sale price on that out of stock item

Arrived within the week

Shipping could be better. Product packaging was moldy.

The delivery is a little slow.
