Difficulty with getting my purchases linked to my Buff account. Trouble with login too.

Fun product but I did not receive the 10% discount on my order that Buff promised!? I used the promo code you gave me but it did not work. Please forward discount funds from my original order when possible. Please confirm receipt of this review. Thank you.

Overall was sooooo excited and happy you guys decided to do this and immediately purchased and really hope you releases another pack for survivor 50 with a S16 and S37 buffs! However the Cagayan/S28 logo was wrong and had the prototype colors, the Borneo buff was lighter shade of green with a different survivor font, and the coloring of the lettering on the hero’s vs villains buff was way to bright but the China and Pearl Island buffs were great however I would have preferred the correct (original) logos. Also S40 was a bad choice as those are very common and most fans already had them! I’d stick to buffs pre 40 for these special edition packs. Really good price compared to the relisting market currently.

Slow to arrive after order placed.

The website didn't always behave properly -- when I looked at details of a particular item and then went back to the list of options, sometimes thing disappeared. It took a few tries to get what I actually wanted.
