So Disappointed
The fact that I’m being solicited for a review before my email has been answered is enough to validate my rating. My first time attempting to order a watch I waited months for the inventory, meanwhile I was the one who had to initiate all communications for updates. Now, about a year later, I attempted to order the watch I wanted last year only to receive a totally different watch. I thought COVID may have been the reason but now I believe it’s just poor customer service.
