Poor communication and shipping took way too long.

Shipping communication was non existent. The new case is very flimsy, and image is very Pixelmator. On it. Looks terrible. Case is too thin. Does not protect the camera lens. Service will not reply. They did not inform me my screen case was out of stock till my order arrived.

The fact that I’m being solicited for a review before my email has been answered is enough to validate my rating. My first time attempting to order a watch I waited months for the inventory, meanwhile I was the one who had to initiate all communications for updates. Now, about a year later, I attempted to order the watch I wanted last year only to receive a totally different watch. I thought COVID may have been the reason but now I believe it’s just poor customer service.
