Shipping time was horrible. Promised one thing and didn’t get it

Owned for one week and already the wood design is lifting off the case.

Love the case - terrible customer service. Ordered a case and screen protector; upon receiving the shipment, the screen protector was not in the package. Attempted to contact TMBR 4 times via email, text, and website link. Never heard back...not one reply... in the end I ordered a product and it wasn’t shipped and the company won’t respond and doesn’t list a phone number for customer service.

My order was shipped two weeks ago yet the carrier still has not received the item. I have emailed, I have messaged on Instagram and sent a message on the website and no one has responded to me to let me know where my order is. Disgraceful.
