Awful. sent wrong size and nothing done

The experience is not pleasant. All my boxes came with the sticker on Is the outside snow globe leaked.

I have reached out multiple times about a possible return of my item, and I have not heard anything. The customer service has been very disappointing.

Customer service is pretty much nonexistent. Emails should be responded to within 24-48hrs.
