Getting more than I asked for and paying double.

No customer service. My order never got delivered. I want my item.

Does this only give me the option to give you a one for "how did we do"? Yes. Still a zero that isn't allowed by technology so you get the one that you make me give. Geeze fire the people that are creating these silly surveys and get some cusstomer service. AND PLEASE, assuming some human still works for your company, CANCEL my subscription!!
