I am absolutely upset I have not received the last 2 quarterly packages they keep getting lost in the mail or whatever. The mail people tell me to contact you and you tell me to contact them. I'm so beyond upset. I think I no longer want this subscription

It’s just cheap tat now, the Funko pop was always the best thing in the box but even the other items have hit worse recently
