Package gotten damaged. Haven’t heard one word from them.

I waited over six months for a replacement of a damaged item and it never got sent, despite numerous emails and promises my replacement would be sent. I had been a loyal subscriber of The Walking Dead Supply Drop and finally canceled my subscription due to the worse customer service of any retailer! The price went up substantially and the quality and quantity of items went way way down! I also received several damaged items but only asked for a replacement of one item that was not usable and six months later I am still waiting! Save your money, you are paying for worthless junk now! At the beginning items were decent and the prices were lower also now the supply drop boxes are sent about 2-3 months late every time! They have no issue charging your credit card on time but then the boxes are sent out days before the next auto debit. Most subscribers have also canceled and had the same complaints. This is not a way to run your business. I am glad to be rid of this subscription and wasting my money! I still want my replacement item sent and then I will be done with this horrible online shop! I give TWDUshop a grade of F!
