I placed my order on 17 June 2025 and as of 6 July, I still haven’t received anything. The tracking hasn’t updated since 26 June.
I contacted customer service and clearly asked for a refund, since the company promises delivery within 10 working days within Europe. It’s been 13 working days, and nothing has arrived.
Instead of addressing my refund request, they replied with a vague message saying the parcel was “at the local post,” which is not supported by any tracking update. They completely ignored my actual request for a refund.
Very disappointing experience and poor handling from the company.
