Rücksendung ist ein bißchen kompliziert gestaltet, aber sie werden damit wohl die Hin-und Herschickerei, wie sie sonst beim Versandhandel üblich ist, vermeiden wollen; bei Schuhen allerdings geht´s bei mir nicht ohne, meine Bandbreite bewegt sich zw. 41 1/2 und 43;

only trouble: i ordered DHL

only trouble: i ordered DHL Express, but the shoe was sent 8 days later, because of the owners vacation. a normal delivery would ve been fine in this scenario. but i didnt get any answers by mail and he still sent it with DHL Express, just 8 days later

I placed my order on

I placed my order on 17 June 2025 and as of 6 July, I still haven’t received anything. The tracking hasn’t updated since 26 June. I contacted customer service and clearly asked for a refund, since the company promises delivery within 10 working days within Europe. It’s been 13 working days, and nothing has arrived. Instead of addressing my refund request, they replied with a vague message saying the parcel was “at the local post,” which is not supported by any tracking update. They completely ignored my actual request for a refund. Very disappointing experience and poor handling from the company. If the issue is resolved fairly, I’ll be happy to share that too.

so far an awful experience

so far an awful experience from this company. No movement in the tracking number from the purchased weeks ago. No response from the company from the email I sent. Nothing. Absolutely awful experience so far.
