Onbetrouwbare site, leveren niet!

I ordered these shoes more than a month ago. In spite of repeated attempts to get information from the company about when I will receive the product, they have not provided me with any information. Often I have received an autogenerated reply saying that they will get back to me in a couple of days -- but without such reply coming. I have asked them for compensation for the delay, but they simply offer a discount for "the next purchase". Needless to say, that currently seems unlikely.
