Shipping is okay. But Return service should be better and faster.

The personnel was very friendly, but I never experienced such a complicated process for returning things that were ordered online. Taking pictures and waiting for approval is very inconvenient!

The return policy isn't great. I ordred 3 pairs of shoes and 2 out of 3 fit correctly but the 3rd didn't fit even though i used the sizing tool I don't think i should have to pay for shipping back to get the right size since i used the sizing tool and the other two worked fine.
