I wanted to show my appreciation for the excellent service I received when ordering my leather jacket. I’m genuinely impressed. The quality of the jacket is great. I even tried lightly scratching it with my nails, and it left no marks, unlike other leather jackets I’ve tried this with before. My first order was a size small. Everything about the jacket was excellent, but I realized I wanted a larger size so I could sometimes wear a sweater underneath. Requesting a size exchange was easy and came at no extra cost. Unfortunately, the second jacket I received had a different leather quality that I did not like as much. However, customer care handled the situation very professionally and accepted a second return. They assured me they would verify the leather used, and the replacement jacket I received was even better than the first one. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Great customer care, great product, and a company that clearly stands behind its work. I know where I’ll be getting my leather clothing from going forward. Highly recommended.
