The suede is incredibly soft, the quality feels premium, and it's much warmer and cosier than I expected. I also love the practical details like the internal pockets and double zip. The first day I wore it out, I received two compliments on it, with one person commenting on how soft the suede felt. I originally ordered the Kenton Hooded Black Leather Pullover Jacket in custom specifications, including upgraded YKK Excella hardware in a high-gloss silver finish. When the jacket arrived, I was immediately impressed by the quality of the leather, craftsmanship, fit, and overall design. They ultimately sourced the correct YKK Excella zippers directly from YKK, shared photos for my approval, and produced an entirely new jacket to the original specifications at no cost. The replacement jacket has now arrived, and it is absolutely spectacular. The YKK Excella zippers are flawless, smooth, and luxurious, exactly as I had envisioned. Combined with the exceptional leather, perfect fit, and thoughtful design, the finished product is everything I hoped for. What impressed me most was not just the quality of the jacket, but the integrity of the company. Mistakes can happen with any business, but how a company responds is what truly matters.
