Excellent, loved the coat. . had to exchange for a 2xl. . . it was very easy. and I appreciated the communication.

My jacket is perfect for my needs as semi-casual with a little attitude. Very good looking and well made. I ordered the jacket around Christmas time, so understandably it took a little longer than expected to get it. I emailed the Jacket Maker about a concern regarding a possible flaw. Their response was also a little slow, however when they did get back to me, the options they offered to resolve the issue were really better than I could have asked for. As it turned out there was no issue. But I feel they fully demonstrated that they stand behind their products 100 %. Excellent customer service!

I must admit I was a little reluctant to purchase at first but the good reviews and fair price convinced me to take the plunge. It takes a little bit, since they make them once you order, but I could not be happier with my purchase. The jacket is beautiful.
