Lo único que no me agradó es que en devolución no te hacen el reintegro completo.

Customer service was prompt and dress arrived on time

Was not advised will have to pay $150 in import fees once dress arrived.

Received the item, it's nice, but the size is too big. Was considering returning and then read the return policy - has to be within one week AND there is a 20% restocking fee, etc., etc. So, what is the point of returning anyway if I can't get my money back?! Won't order from here again. Could have gotten the same one on Amazon without hassle AND for a full refund.

Terrible experience getting an item returned due to wrong color and getting expedited shipping on a new item. And that new item isn’t truly mauve either; it is more lavender, but no time to get something else.
