Very restrictive return policy

Never buying from this store again. Never got a store credit after returning a dress . I have proof the dress was delivered and it’s been more than a month and I still haven’t received anything. Tried talking to a representative but got no help

Bad bad customer service

They’re charging me $30 just to return a dress that realistically should’ve been too big, but was too small.

The dresses didn’t work out so as a customer it’s so disappointing to shop somewhere that takes some of your money if you ask for your money back within 14 days. I spend $267 and got back $178 which is ridiculous . Won’t be shopping here again
