Love the glasses slight delay when ordering due to no stock!

It sold out and Taylor morris didn’t notify me, until I followed up about 2 weeks later. They eventually corrected it - but otherwise the frame and fit were great!

The online prescription service, the descriptions and measurements were all fantastic on the website. The only let down was the dispatch/shipping service. DPD notification came through three days after order as Taylor Morris notified DPD albeit prematurely. Only one pair of glasses were ready. After waiting a week, I contacted Taylor Morris who advised second pair was not ready but gave no timeframe. All in all in took three weeks to receive. I wish they had just sent out the first pair when ready as I was struggling without my new glasses. Having said that, I would definitely buy again and allow for slightly longer timeframe just in case. The packaging is secure. The glasses are gorgeous and fit really well. Definitely would recommend!
