Service was great. Ability to enter in prescription at check out would be better. Glasses run small on my face, so more clarity on sizing would be ideal

Impressed with the look and feel of the glasses I ordered however I felt they weren’t as robust as other brands I have worn in the past. The carry case I wasn’t overly impressed with for the money very minimal and it didn’t really protect the glasses. That said I always received compliments when worn and I’m sure I’ve swayed a few friends to consider Taylor Morris on their next purchase.

Dear Taylor Morris, George Arthur Sunglasses (Tawny with blue injection): - As described in the introduction, it is a good design and detail. The detail in the temple tips is amazing. - Tawny with blue injection that the color I chose is impressive and quite rare. I love this color very much. - Overall I feel happy and comfortable with the frame - good solid texture, hinges & screws, and again the design & detail (although not sure where it is made, and ignore those tiny scratches made by the transition process I guess). Prescription lens (lens colour Green Solid): - The TM watermark on the lens in the right top corner is just gone. If I know it will be missed, I would have made a better choice of lens. I would consider it as one of the iconic design and detail of the TM sunglasses (hope I am not the only one..) - In term of functionality, understood that strength/ darkness of the lens may vary, that is just not a sunglasses for a real sunny day. The difference is quite tiny.. Suggestion: I have been wearing glasses almost in my whole life. Ray-Ban when I was young. Oliver People, Thom Browne and DITA for these years, and got a Persol recently. I just think that Taylor Morris is a good one (considered the price / quality to be fair), just hope that you could do better with the prescription lens of sunglasses if you are offering. better quality, functionality, or description. [You could say it is just because I chose the Green prescription lens - also a choice offered by TM. You brand is circulating the email asking for feedback and it took not just a min.] All the best. Frustrating that the summer sale email said free UK delivery (no spend limit mentioned), website said free express global shipping over £100 and the shipping section says free over £125? I ended up paying £3 delivery for my item, when I shouldn’t have. Small amount so just paid it but this information should at least be consistent.
