I wouldn't have left a review, but you guys sent an email asking. I was pretty discouraged with my entire order. The Vinyl on my Jesus outfit is wrinkled & the Llama outfit the shirt is so big & long, but the pants are too short. It's crazy, the entire outfit is basically useless at this time. The pants can't be used as they are high waters & the shirt she could use another year to grow into it to fit the torso.

I had an issue with the swim suite and emailed and to date no one has emailed me back

Considering I sent after hours “chat” twice (one on 3/20 and one on 4/1) asking questions on two different items and NEVER received a reply back, even weeks later, is the reason for my low rating. I love the items I’ve purchased and looking at your site, but when it comes to a customer having questions, Sydney So Sweet missed the mark, in my experience.

I never got my order and got only half of my money back I’ll never buy from here again

I would never shop here again. It’s been 10 days since I have heard anything back from customer service. I don’t even know if they received my returns. I rather lose the money than to deal with this company again.
