Previously when I bought clothes, as items were available to me and added to my cart after the being waitlisted, I would pay the shipping, initially and then be refunded for the additional shipping I paid since it was all shipping in one package. This time I was not refunded the additional shipping, even though all of my items came in one package. If this is a new policy, I’ll have to re-think how I shop. $6.99*3=$20.97

I paid the expedited shipping for a saturday delivery and didn't get my package until the end of the day on Tuesday.

Shipping time was average. Clothes were typical childrens clothes.

The only problem was trying to get them to email me back the return information. My original order came in and it was too big. I had to wait several days for someone to email me back the shipping label. I have returned the item. Hopefully they will credit my account.
