I ordered some items including a t-shirt a cap and towel and all items came well packaged. There was no damage nor was there any items missing it’s great stuff! My only complaint is that it took a well over nearly 2 weeks to get here

Great quality

So far, the purchases we've made with Cloud 9 have been good quality and the site is easy to navigate. My only problem has been trying to find information on how to exchange merchandise for a different size. I reordered the shirt but I am hoping the refund of the first order comes through.
