So far, the purchases we've made with Cloud 9 have been good quality and the site is easy to navigate. My only problem has been trying to find information on how to exchange merchandise for a different size. I reordered the shirt but I am hoping the refund of the first order comes through.

Every time I get something from the store it is always a satisfactory experience. The shipping cost are a little high and the shipping service used tends to be in reliable.

Easy to get find what I wanted and super easy to check out. Shipping is a bit pricey though, so make sure you get everything you want in your order
