Wardrobe

The set up was a little shaky but overall I am happy with Wardrobe and would rent again.

I wish the communication about when my item is arriving and when I need to return it is a little more clear.

It arrived really on time, and the wardrobe bag was nice. The box was super banged up though and basically open. I had to really tape it up to send it back. The signing is a little inconvenient because you have to plan to be home at a certain time. I’d almost prefer to pick it up somewhere and sign for it.

Not enough updates on the webpage. Everything is frozen on my from mid April.

Very unprofessional. I have not received my refund as they promised, for an order placed which I never received. It’s been 3 months. Do not waste your time with this company.
