I’ve used a lot of rental services and this was by far the worst. I ordered a white Chanel bag hugely in advance for my wedding, I confirmed mere days beforehand, then all of a sudden it’s “not available,” and no one is willing to make any arrangements to get it to me. I was offered completely unsuitable alternatives. Then I finally agreed to get a brown Chanel bag and it arrived and it was HORRIBLE; dented, scuffed on all corners, unusable. I sent it back immediately. Didn’t get to use. Didn’t have a wedding bag. Horrible, sad, experience. I should absolutely be refunded.
