Poor communication and terrible return process

1 star as the product was so bad. But would give 5 out 5 for the refund service. Was almost that good it was like you expected them to be sent back.

No communication. I purchased two pairs of goggles from smith and another pair from Carve eyewear for my daughter at the same time. The carve goggles showed up in 2 days with free shipping on a $50 pair of goggles. Smith however never updated the shipping for 7 days never replied to my email enquiry as to where the goggles were then only one pair showed up after 9 days. Still no update on shipping. After another email sent about only one pair arriving I was told they others were out of stock! Do better smith!
