The logo has fallen off the arms within 3 days of recieving them

Good glasses. Terrible after sales service. You have not responded to two requests, through your website , to contact me about the lack of a case or cleaning cloth with these glasses.

I wasn't awe-inspired when I couldn't return the sunglasses and the email from Smith to my request for one was curt. It doesn't hurt to be friendly even if you are saying 'no'.
