I recently purchased some perfume and wrapping paper. Both items were deemed non-returnable/exchangable. I hit purchase, then realized I was charged $26 for shipping. I immediately emailed to cancel my order. I received an email 2 days later stating that because of the items non-returnable status, my order could not be cancelled. I can understand this holding true if the item had already shipped. The email I sent however, was in a matter of minutes after my purchase. Very disappointing to pay more for the shipping than for the items themselves. I love SJP, but sadly, will not order from her again.

First and last time ordering from SJP. The color is bright neon, NOT as advertised. And it runs large for my foot. SJP is not flexible in return or exchanges.

Beautiful shoe. I have been longing to buy for so long. Took the plunge during this amazing sale only to be disappointed that the shoe runs small and doesn’t fit. I purchased my size according to the conversion chart but no luck. Sadly will need to sell the shoes since there are no returns.

no one answered any of my calls or emails. refusing to help me with an error in shipping a size by 3 .5 sizes. they have a default setting and sent the tiny show for a ton money and no one will reply to.
