Awful customer service

I heard about the closing of the brand and as a huge fan of SJP and of her shoes since it launched in 2014 I made a purchase online for delivery to the UK. Before ordering I reached out to not only sympathise about the brand closure but to enquire about asking for a SJP barrier bag as a souvenir since I was unable to visit the store being in in the UK. The message was via Instagram SJP Collection page and I saw my message was read but ignored. I gave the benefit of the doubt that they were busy so many days later, I chased it up and asked them to respond. Rudely, I saw my second message was read but unanswered and ignored. I’m quite disgusted at the lack of care to respond, even moreso that I placed an order and further, that my messages were ignored twice. Whether a brand is closing or not, the customer service is non existent, poor and as a result, the behaviour reflects badly on Sarah Jessica Parker’s brand almost to the point if I was not such a fan of hers I’d sell the shoes on and not want a part of it. Be better and be kind.

Worst

The size guide is wrong and despite the invoice not saying final sale. They emailed me it was. Totally bad communication and service.

Disappointed Customer

I purchased the black suede Perry during the online flash sale. I could not wait to receive it, but when it arrived I was terribly disappointed. The sizing on this shoe is way off, so much so I had to double check the box and shoe to make certain the correct size was sent. I own three pairs of beloved SJP shoes, all purchased within the last year. One pair in the Vegas store, the other two online. I have Ursula and Tartt both in 38.5, and I have the Windsor in a 39 since it is pointed toe. On the website styles that run small have a note informing shoppers to size up (Fawn 70 Highlighter Satin for example) There was no note on Perry so I ordered my usual size of 38.5. I have spent some time looking through the website before sending this email, and I do see there are inconsistencies of sizing up on certain styles based on the color, which I don't quite understand. Fawn 70 Highlighter Satin has a note under it that recommends sizing up, but none of the other colors do. The Perry Black Suede did not have a note, or I would have sized up. That being said, the Perry that is on the website now in colors of Talc and Bardon have the note to size up. This is extremely confusing, and is very frustrating as a customer since the flash sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Why would the sale shoes not follow the same logic and transparency in sizing, especially since they are not returnable? This seems deceiving and dishonest. I love the SJP brand, which is why I am a repeat customer. Having said that I will not be purchasing in the future if this can not be made right. While I understand that this is a final sale item I feel that the fault is not mine. This sizing is definitely off. I am including pictures of the fit to show just how small this particular shoe is. It has to be a whole size and half off. My foot was hanging off at least an inch in the front and the back! It's wild how small it is! I am also including pics of the shoes I own so you can see the consistent sizing on the boxes, and even a pic of my foot in the Ursula to show fit. As a shoe lover, and avid shopper, I understand that all styles will fit differently but this is extreme. It is so disappointing that the note would appear on the non sale Perry, but not the sale. This is almost a "gotcha." I am also including a screenshot of the Perry I bought (no sizing note), and the Perry that is on the site now (that includes the note). Most likely this has happened to others on this shoe. I am a teacher, and have two kids in college, so a shoe purchase is a splurge for me, and isn't able to happen often.  I am saddened that I spent $120, and will not be able to wear the shoe.
