I bought the dream pair of shoes for my daughter, as she wants to wear them at her wedding, because Sarah Jessica Parker is an idol. Unfortunately they are too big and obviously run bigger than the standard Euro sizing!! I sent an email to customer support and asked if I could exchange the size, not wanting a refund, and I was happy to pay for posting but the blunt response I got “No, it’s a final sale” was very disappointing. As we live in Australia there is no where to try on these shoes, so there should be an opportunity to exchange. I understand the whole website is on sale, but you should be allowed to exchange. I was shocked at the response from supposedly support staff!! The reason for 3 stars is the shoes are beautiful, but now I’m left with a shoe she can’t wear :(((

I like the website and products I was just upset I ordered a pair of shoes and it all went through then few days later was told I have a refund and the shoes where no longer coming

I travel from Portland, Oregon to New York for a week. SJP store was always on my itinerary. there were two staff in the store on that day, and the gentleman was very nice and helpful. The female was just sitting on one of the small sofas and appeared completely disinterested. The aesthetic is pink, including the carpet. However, the carpet was absolutely filthy, and I was kind of shocked at the lackluster care of the store. I didn’t buy any shoes but I did buy a $200 backpack. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that when I unpacked it at home that it was actually a Samsonite brand. It would’ve been nice if the staff mentioned that.

Love SJP and many of the designs, but the quality was so disappointing given the price point. Returning for these reasons and likely won’t trust the brand enough to order again.
