While I realize the store is closed, I would’ve hoped for better response from Customer Service regarding info on specific shoes. Given there are no refunds it would’ve been helpful to have them answer questions to ensure we choose appropriately.

I do not like final sales especially when they are priced so high. There should have at least been an exchange option.

I adore the shoes, but I even ordered a whole size up and they are still too small. I would love to exchange them so I can wear them, but sadly right now there is a no return no exchange policy. So now I am trying to find a friend I can give them to because I am stuck with $180 shoes I can't exchange and are too small to wear.

Prompt effecting of order

Ordered Tartt shoes after wanting them for years. Called the Flagship store to ask about sizing. She said true to size. They are very snug, I should have sized up at least 1/2 a size. They are Final Sale. I can’t wear them. 💔
