Customer service non existent but everything else was great

As much as I’m sad that the brand is closing, I’m happy prices finally dropped the level I can afford. I bought Hello Lover pair and when I got it, it seemed that the shoes were way smaller than actual size. I buy shoes on line all the time and never had a problem, but this time I was shocked how small the shoes felt. I’m very disappointed in that aspect. Shipping was fast, packaging beautiful and shoes alone seem to be well done.

Fast delivery but received the wrong size:(

The process went smoothly, and I love the shoes, but I wish I had been able to reach customer service. Unfortunately, I ended up spending an extra $200 on a pair that didn’t fit and couldn’t be returned.

I have been wanting these shoes forever…but no where on the site does it say they are blue sparkle/glitter. They look black or charcoal. So I am happy with the shoe’s fit. But so unhappy with the color since it is now not an everyday shoe which is what I was hoping they would be. Unfortunately they are final sale. So hopefully I will be able to get some use out of them at some point.
