I love everything about the ease of ordering, packaging is beautiful and speedy delivery. My only complaint is that i hade wide feet and its very hard to find a wide selection of beautiful shoes that offer a wide size and not so narrow. Other than that i give everything my best compliments. :)

Good prompt service & very thorough about customers preference & choices. 4 stars because One and Only reason, is return & policy exchange is very restricted & customers’ expense, especially if you never try your own size before. And .different style of shoes the fit could be different, too This inconvenient customers shopping experience

I have wanted to purchase the iconic Manolo Blahnik shoes for the longest time but always could never justify the costly purchase, especially when I didn’t find them super comfortable. But then one day, as my girlfriends and I were walking the streets of NYC, specifically in West Village, we came across the SJP store. From the moment I entered, my eyes directly spotted the famous shoe from Sex and the City or was it? It was a replica of the infamous shoe, but perfected! The blue was gorgeous and the shoe was way more comfortable and sex as hell! We had so much fun trying on different shoes and took hours to decide on which pair to purchase. In the end, I went with a classic and timelsss shoe with the hopes that one day I will wear them with my happily ever after man too! Until then I will enjoy them during my single in the 6ix phase! Maybe when and if I return to NYC, Sarah Jessica Parker will be in the store to sell me my next pair! That would have made my experience unforgettable! Till we meet again… Imma Mirigliani

Everything from service to shipping was great. I only have one criiticism. I wish there were more styles with the 70 heel. I would like some multi colored shoes also.

Packaging improvements maybe, but overall nice product.
